2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the bro128 Platform. We enforce this requirement strictly. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and their deposited funds returned less any administrative processing costs incurred.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is directed at residents of Indonesia who access the service in an individual capacity for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing and using the bro128 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prohibit your participation.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold one and only one active Account on the bro128 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bro128 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the individual concerned. Any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and must update your Account details promptly whenever your circumstances change. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for selecting a strong password and for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.4 Account Security Breach. If you have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized transactions have occurred, you must notify bro128 immediately via our customer support channels. We will investigate and take reasonable steps to secure your Account, but we accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
3.5 Currency. All Account transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bro128 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Member's payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. In order to process withdrawal requests, bro128 is required to verify the identity of all Members. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved and may be requested at any time at the Platform's sole discretion.

4.3 Review Timeline. bro128 aims to review and process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during operating hours (08.00–23.00 WIB). Complex cases may require up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, or submission of fraudulent or doctored documents, will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or balances held.
5.1 General Standards. You agree to use the bro128 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.
5.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban at bro128's sole discretion:
5.3 Monitoring. bro128 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect Restricted Activities. We reserve the right to review any Account, transaction, or wager at any time and without prior notice. Evidence of Restricted Activities will be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bro128 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 6.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by the Platform. Most local bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are processed within five (5) minutes. bro128 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bro128 accepts no responsibility.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier following KYC completion.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to six (6) hours under standard conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification (Clause 4) and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirement on your Account. Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours (08.00–23.00 WIB) will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating window.
6.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. All withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account registered in your name that was used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Platform's compliance team following documentary verification. bro128 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.6 Currency. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not currently support multi-currency transactions. Any foreign exchange conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
6.7 Suspicious Transactions. bro128 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers our internal compliance alerts. In such cases, we will contact you to request additional documentation. Funds subject to a compliance hold will not be released until the investigation is satisfactorily concluded.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the bro128 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that offer only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse under Clause 5.2.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the promotional period specified at the time of crediting will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.
7.5 Platform Discretion. bro128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline to award a bonus or to void bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
7.6 Seasonal Promotions. bro128 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are offered at the Platform's sole discretion.
8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance. In the event of a technical failure before this confirmation is received, the wager will be treated as void and the stake returned.
8.2 Football & Sports Betting. All sports wagers — including Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting body. For BRI Liga 1 matches, the official result declared by PSSI (Football Association of Indonesia) governs settlement. For international competitions (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), the relevant governing body's published result is final.
8.3 Togel & Numbers Games. Wagers placed on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are settled based on the official draw result published by the recognized draw operator at the time and date stated in the game interface. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, stakes will be voided and returned.
8.4 Live Casino. Results of live dealer games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are final once the round has closed and the result has been confirmed by the dealer. Disputes relating to live casino outcomes will be resolved by reference to the Platform's game server logs, which are the authoritative record.

The Platform's server-side RNG record is the authoritative record for dispute resolution. 8.6 Palpable Errors. bro128 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, odds display error, or technical malfunction that materially misrepresents the terms of the bet. We will use reasonable efforts to identify and notify affected Members promptly and will return voided stakes to Account Balances without delay.
8.7 Maximum Payout. A maximum single-event payout limit applies across all product verticals on the Platform. The current maximum payout per event is displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bro128 reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or limit winnings for any Member who demonstrates consistent profitability patterns that trigger our risk management thresholds.

10.2 Limited License. bro128 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Platform into another website or application without the prior written consent of bro128.
11.1 Platform Availability. bro128 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or actions by governmental or regulatory authorities may result in temporary unavailability. bro128 accepts no liability for losses — including lost wagering opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bro128 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where bro128 is found liable to a Member for any direct loss arising from our negligence or breach, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game content, payment processing services, and data feeds. bro128 accepts no liability for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third-party providers.
12.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. bro128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in Restricted Activities, provided false registration information, or where closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
12.3 Forfeiture Upon Breach. Where an Account is closed by bro128 as a consequence of a confirmed material breach of these Terms, any Account Balance — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at the Platform's sole discretion. Where real-money funds are forfeited following a finding of fraud or money laundering, bro128 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, and 13 — shall remain in full force and effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bro128 holds its international gaming license. They are not governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and Indonesian courts do not have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and bro128, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings. We aim to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.3 Arbitration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by bro128. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
14.1 Right to Amend. bro128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1 before the effective date.
